Four checks protect your existing progress
The official FAQ says progress carries across platforms, but the account route and server still matter.

Server progress stays separate
The launch FAQ lists four independent servers. Progress does not carry between them.

Changing sign-in buttons can create different data. The official FAQs warn that different third-party login methods are treated as separate accounts. If your usual provider is unavailable on a new platform, contact official support before creating a second path.

Leave more than the headline number
The later Steam FAQ lists 70 GB free. The earlier launcher FAQ lists 60 GB free plus another temporary 60 GB while extracting.

If the PC client will not install
Work through the official launch checks in this order.
- Remove
Fully uninstall any old beta client before installing the release client.
- Path
Use English characters in the Windows installation path and leave enough temporary extraction space.
- Verify
Retry verification, restart the launcher, then download again if the package remains incomplete.
- Network
Check VPN, proxy and hosts settings if the connection repeatedly fails.
- Repair
Use launcher repair or one-click repair. Reinstall if repair cannot recover the files.

Is Neverness to Everness available on Steam?+
Yes. The official July 8 store FAQ confirms Steam, Epic Games Store and Samsung Galaxy Store releases. Store availability is still a dated claim, so use the current storefront or official FAQ if the listing changes.
Which platforms support NTE?+
The official FAQs list Windows PC, iOS, Android, Mac, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. They also name the official PC client, Steam, Epic Games Store, Google Play Games on PC, App Store, Google Play and Samsung Galaxy Store routes.
Can I use the same NTE progress on PC, mobile and PS5?+
The launch FAQ says progress carries across supported platforms through the PWG Account. Use the same account path and select the same server as the existing character. Different third-party sign-ins can create separate account data.
Does NTE progress transfer between servers?+
No. The launch FAQ lists Asia, America, Europe and Southeast Asia as independent servers and says progress is not shared between them. Match the original server before entering the game on a new device.
How much storage does NTE need on PC?+
Two official FAQs give different contexts: the later Steam FAQ lists 70 GB free, while the earlier launcher FAQ lists 60 GB free plus another temporary 60 GB during extraction. Leave extra space and verify the current store or launcher requirement.
